Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

Because NutraVora products are ingestible dietary supplements, opened, used, unsealed, or partially consumed products are generally not eligible for return or refund unless required by law or approved due to a verified order issue.

Marketplace and Third-Party Platform Orders

If you purchase NutraVora products through Amazon, TikTok Shop, Walmart, Buy with Prime, or another third-party marketplace or platform, that order may be subject to the terms, privacy policy, shipping process, return policy, refund policy, payment rules, and dispute process of that platform.

NutraVora cannot directly cancel, refund, replace, or modify marketplace orders outside the applicable marketplace workflow.
