At NutraVora, we want every order experience to be clear, reliable, and fair. This Refund and Return Policy explains how returns, refunds, damaged orders, cancellations, and order issues are handled for purchases made directly through NutraVora.com.
This policy applies only to orders placed on NutraVora.com. If you purchased through Amazon, TikTok Shop, Walmart, or another third-party marketplace, your order is subject to that platform’s shipping, return, refund, and dispute policies. Marketplace orders must be managed directly through the marketplace where the purchase was made.
Return Eligibility
Because NutraVora products are ingestible dietary supplements, we maintain return standards that help protect product integrity, customer safety, and quality control.
A return may be eligible if all of the following apply:
- The order was placed directly on NutraVora.com.
- The return request is submitted within 14 days of delivery.
- The product is unused, unopened, sealed, and in original condition.
- The product is returned with its original packaging and identifying information intact.
- You provide the order number or proof of purchase.
For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, opened, used, unsealed, or partially consumed dietary supplements are not eligible for return or refund unless required by law or approved due to a verified order issue.
Non-Returnable Items
We generally do not accept returns for:
- Opened, used, unsealed, or partially consumed products.
- Products not in original condition.
- Products missing original packaging or identifying information.
- Products purchased from Amazon, TikTok Shop, Walmart, or other third-party marketplaces.
- Final sale, clearance, promotional, bundled, or gift card items, unless required by law.
- Returns requested outside the eligible return window.
We do not offer refunds based on personal taste, individual results, or expectations, as supplement experiences may vary by person.
How to Request a Return
To request a return for an eligible NutraVora.com order, contact us at support@nutravora.com within 14 days of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number.
- The email address used to place the order.
- The item you want to return.
- A brief reason for the request.
Do not send products back without return authorization. If your return is approved, we will provide the correct return address and instructions by email. Items sent back without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are generally the customer’s responsibility unless the issue was caused by our error or otherwise required by law.
Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the refund is related to a verified issue caused by NutraVora.
Damaged, Defective, Incorrect, or Incomplete Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact support@nutravora.com within 7 days of delivery.
To help us review the issue quickly, please include:
- Your order number.
- A short description of the issue.
- Clear photos of the product, packaging, shipping label, and any visible damage, if applicable.
Once reviewed, we will determine the appropriate next step, which may include a replacement, store credit, or refund where appropriate.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
After your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
NutraVora reserves the right to deny refunds if return conditions are not met, if the product is returned used or opened, if the request is outside the eligible window, or if misuse, fraud, or policy abuse is suspected.
Exchanges
We do not offer standard exchanges.
If there is an approved issue with a damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete order, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the circumstances.
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as quickly as possible at support@nutravora.com.
We cannot guarantee cancellation once an order has entered processing, fulfillment, or shipment.
Delivery Issues
If your package is delayed, damaged, or appears to be missing, contact us and we will do our best to help review the issue.
Please note:
- A package marked delivered by the carrier is generally considered delivered.
- We cannot guarantee reimbursement for packages that are lost or stolen after confirmed delivery.
- Carrier-confirmed delivery issues may need to be addressed with the carrier, depending on the situation.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
NutraVora is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or return-to-sender issues caused by incorrect, incomplete, outdated, or inaccessible delivery information. If an order is returned to us because of an address issue, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
Marketplace Orders
If your purchase was made through Amazon, TikTok Shop, Walmart, or another marketplace, please use that platform’s official support and return process.
NutraVora cannot directly:
- Cancel marketplace orders.
- Refund marketplace orders outside the platform.
- Replace marketplace orders outside the platform workflow.
- Override a marketplace’s delivery or dispute resolution system.
Product Use and Customer Responsibility
Please review product details, ingredients, directions, warnings, and supplement facts before purchase and use.
If you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, have a medical condition, planning surgery, or are unsure whether a product is right for you, consult a qualified healthcare professional before use.
These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. NutraVora products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
