At NutraVora, we want your order experience to be clear, reliable, and easy to follow. This Shipping Policy explains how orders placed directly through NutraVora.com are processed, shipped, tracked, and handled if delivery issues occur.
This policy applies only to purchases made on NutraVora.com. If you purchased through Amazon, TikTok Shop, Walmart, or another third-party marketplace, shipping, tracking, delivery, return, and support are handled according to that marketplace’s policies.
Order Processing Time
Orders placed on NutraVora.com are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment is successfully received.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. holidays.
Please note:
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays are typically processed on the next business day.
- During promotions, holidays, severe weather, carrier disruptions, or high-volume periods, processing may take longer.
- In some cases, we may need to review or cancel an order due to inventory availability, payment verification, pricing errors, address issues, or suspected fraud.
Shipping Locations
NutraVora currently focuses on shipping to customers within the United States.
If shipping options are available to your location at checkout, you may place an order according to the shipping methods shown during checkout.
We reserve the right to restrict, cancel, or refuse shipment to certain addresses, regions, freight forwarders, reshippers, P.O. boxes, or locations where delivery is unavailable, unreliable, restricted, or not supported by our fulfillment partners.
Shipping Methods and Delivery Estimates
Available shipping methods, shipping costs, and estimated delivery windows are shown at checkout when applicable.
Delivery estimates are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed delivery dates. Delivery timing may vary based on carrier operations, destination, weather, holidays, order volume, fulfillment timing, and events outside our control.
NutraVora is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or factors outside our reasonable control.
Tracking Information
When tracking is available, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking details after your order has shipped.
Please allow time for the carrier tracking page to update after the tracking number is issued. In some cases, tracking may take 24–48 hours to show movement.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete, accurate, and deliverable shipping address at checkout.
NutraVora is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, lost packages, or return-to-sender issues caused by:
- Incorrect shipping addresses
- Incomplete addresses
- Outdated delivery information
- Missing apartment, suite, unit, or building numbers
- Delivery access issues
- Carrier inability to deliver to the provided address
If an order is returned to us due to an address issue, failed delivery attempt, or refusal, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment. Refund eligibility, if any, will be reviewed according to our Refund and Return Policy.
Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages
If your tracking shows that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check:
- Your mailbox, front door, porch, lobby, parcel locker, or mailroom
- Other household members or neighbors
- The carrier’s delivery notes or photo proof, if available
- Your local post office or carrier facility
A package marked delivered by the carrier is generally considered delivered. NutraVora cannot guarantee reimbursement or replacement for packages that are lost, misplaced, or stolen after confirmed delivery.
If your package appears missing or delayed, contact us at support@nutravora.com and we will do our best to help review the situation.
Damaged, Incorrect, or Incomplete Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, defective, or incomplete, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@nutravora.com.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A short description of the issue
- Clear photos of the product, packaging, shipping label, and any visible damage, if applicable
After review, we may offer a replacement, store credit, refund, or other appropriate resolution depending on the situation and product availability.
Order Cancellations Before Shipment
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as quickly as possible at support@nutravora.com.
We cannot guarantee cancellation once an order has entered processing, fulfillment, or shipment.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, are shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the issue was caused by our error or otherwise required by law.
Carrier Delays and Events Outside Our Control
NutraVora is not responsible for shipping delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Carrier delays
- Weather events
- Natural disasters
- Holiday shipping volume
- Incorrect address information
- Customs or import delays, if applicable
- Labor disruptions
- Security events or other transportation disruptions
Marketplace Orders
If your purchase was made through Amazon, TikTok Shop, Walmart, or another marketplace, please use that platform’s official order support, shipping, return, and refund process.
NutraVora cannot directly:
- Change marketplace shipping addresses
- Cancel marketplace orders outside the platform
- Refund marketplace orders outside the platform
- Replace marketplace orders outside the platform workflow
- Override a marketplace’s delivery or dispute resolution system
Returns and Refunds
Shipping issues that involve returns, refunds, damaged products, incorrect products, or unopened product returns are handled according to our Refund and Return Policy.
Because NutraVora products are ingestible dietary supplements, opened, used, unsealed, or partially consumed products are generally not eligible for return or refund unless required by law or approved due to a verified order issue.
